The First 100 Days Facilitation and Coaches’ Guide is a 100-page guide for onboarding new KinderCare teachers. It includes five distinct sections: Intro, Days 1-3 Schedules and Huddle schedules. Megan utilized and built upon visual themes originated by Henry V designers to create the guide’s various components, including schedule tables, unique icons, and activity pages.

The Hire Strong, Train Well, Connect Often booklet is a 32-page guide and workbook to instruct KinderCare Center Directors in employee-retention best practices. For this piece Megan incorporated existing KinderCare visual standards with project-specific design requests from the client to create a unique piece that could still live within the KinderCare brand. The three color-coded sections include similarly-formatted workbook pages along with section-specific content and questions.
